ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Lizzy. I qualified as a counsellor in 2019, with a MA in Clinical Counselling from the University of Chester. I am a registered member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work with adults and young people from secondary age, and have extensive experience working with mental health and neurodiversity. Outside of counselling I have worked pastorally in schools and spent time raising my two children.

I practice Person Centred Counselling, this is a type of talking therapy that places you, the client, at the heart of the counselling process. I work hard to create a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely.
No matter whether you are facing specific challenges or seeking general support, I would love to hear from you and see how I could provide a space to explore this.

In-Person Counselling
I work in-person within The Centre for Positive Health, based in Wellington, Telford. I have a private, comfortable space to work with clients. The clinic has wheelchair accessibility, safe coded entry, a waiting room and toilet facilities. If you are interested in face to face sessions please get in touch.

As stated above I practice in a person centred way. I do believe in working with the client to tailor sessions to their needs. I have a passion for working creatively and would be happy to discuss this if it would be useful to your therapeutic process.
I can offer online sessions through Zoom or FaceTime. I am happy to do a combination of both face to face and online if that suits your needs better.

I can be more flexible with the times of online sessions. Please phone, text or email for more information.
